COOPERATION WITH JA SLOVENSKO

Last year, our students were offered an opportunity to establish their own company in an original project and to experience what are the opportunities and conditions to run a business in Slovakia.
The project was realised under the sponsorship of JA SLOVAKIA, n.o, the leader of business education in Slovakia. JA SLOVAKIA is a member of the world site of 123 countries JA WORLDWIDE and is a member of site of 41 European countries JA EUROPE.

Our students are offered with an opportunity to participate in programme JA Applied Economics. It is an educational programme providing business, economic and financial education.
It is based on gaining practical experiences and skills in order to develop educational, communicative, personal and working competencies of students.
The programme is verified by MSVVaS SR as a volitional or non-compulsory subject for all types of high schools. Programme has modular structure of learning themes, which is possible to be taught in any year of high school as a subject lasting for one or two years.
The extent of subject on particular types of high school is dependent on possibilities of curricula of concrete school. Usually it is determined to 2-4 lessons in a week. Programme enables various types of high schools to have options to organize a suitable format of a subject applied economics according to their curriculum, needs, options as well as the profile of graduate.
