REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP OF HIGH SCHOOLS IN ORIENTEERING
On 22th May of 2017 the regional championship of high schools in orienteering of boys and girls took place in the area of City Park in Piešťany. Boys had to run 1900 metres while girls 1700 metres – both with 10 orienteering locations.
In the individual competition our student Daniel Kunic secured 2nd place, Mikuláš Melicher finished on 10th place. Daniel Kunic advanced to the Slovakian Championship.
In the individual competition of girls Karolína Ondrejková secured 4th place.
